Xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu
1. Gửi email yêu cầu xoá
Gửi tới tini.app.studio@gmail.com, tiêu đề Xoá tài khoản Gánh Ơi, ghi:
- Cách bạn đăng nhập: Zalo, Apple, Google hoặc Facebook.
- Tên hiện trong app (Cài đặt › Tài khoản).
Chúng tôi trả lời trong 7 ngày và có thể hỏi thêm để xác nhận bạn là chủ tài khoản. Sau khi xác nhận, chúng tôi xoá trong vòng 30 ngày.
2. Những gì bị xoá
Tài khoản, tên, ảnh đại diện, email, mã tài khoản Zalo/Apple/Google/Facebook, gánh đã lưu, mã thông báo. Gánh bạn đã thêm và đã được duyệt vẫn ở lại cho cộng đồng nhưng không còn gắn với bạn.
3. Gỡ quyền ở dịch vụ đăng nhập (tuỳ chọn)
- Facebook: Cài đặt › Ứng dụng và trang web › Gánh Ơi › Gỡ.
- Google: myaccount.google.com › Bảo mật › Kết nối với ứng dụng bên thứ ba.
- Apple: Cài đặt › [tên bạn] › Đăng nhập bằng Apple.
- Zalo: Cài đặt › Quyền riêng tư › Ứng dụng đã cấp quyền.
Delete your account and data
1. Email us
Send an email to tini.app.studio@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Gánh Ơi account, and tell us:
- How you sign in: Zalo, Apple, Google or Facebook.
- The name shown in the app (Settings › Account).
We reply within 7 days and may ask a question to confirm that the account is yours. After that, we delete your data within 30 days.
2. What we delete
Your account, name, profile photo, email, Zalo/Apple/Google/Facebook account ID, saved stalls and push tokens. Stalls you added that were approved stay for the community, but are no longer linked to you.
3. Remove access at your sign-in service (optional)
- Facebook: Settings › Apps and websites › Gánh Ơi › Remove.
- Google: myaccount.google.com › Security › Third-party connections.
- Apple: Settings › [your name] › Sign in with Apple.
- Zalo: Settings › Privacy › Authorized apps.
